David and Lina were professional from the start, we arranged to rent a property, unfortunately the owner was unable to complete the documentation in time for our arrival, David found a second, even better property at short notice, which we loved, they helped with documentation and when there was a small problem with the hot water they went above and beyond what I expected. I recently rented an apartment in central Torrevieja through Inmo Pasha and couldn't be happier with the service. I don't speak Spanish very well so it was very helpful that they speak English. Everything was quick and smooth. Overall, I'm very happy with the apartment and I will likely be using them to find my next apartment too.
I am very happy for the service provided by Inmo Pasha, and Lina, and i can recommend it to everyone. I am not living in Spain at the moment, and i needed help with renting out my empty apartment. In this process there were many things, which i needed to solve. They took care of everything, professional, fast and with a reasonable price.
Even though I was only renting a small property, the service I received was outstanding. The staff went the extra mile to help me arrange internet and UK TV installation. They were also extremely responsive to any concerns I had and were at pains to explain all details of the contract. This helped me feel very confident entering into a contract with the owner and left me feeling that they genuinely had my interests as well as the owners at heart.
